I have no issues with the product itself; it’s excellent. However, my experience with the shipping process was disappointing. My order was canceled without any notification, simply because I had poor phone reception when a call was attempted. Additionally, I sent an email to inquire about a product but never received a response. While the products are amazing as always, These issues significantly impacted my overall experience.

This is the second wallet I got from hitch the first one was similar but I don't remember the name it is thinner but didn't hold as much cash as this one I feel that the quality is a bit lower but still not bad. The color is a bit greenish but not fully green blue it is like #286C76 . The tap integration also doesnt unlock every feature just i think the free version of tap and ut us not symmetrical.
