Worst card holder ever

the card holder that has a label of a QR CODE with Tap, As it's the worst card holder i have ever seen.

The order got delivered by the courier on 8 Oct 2024 and today is 11 Oct 2024,which means before 3 days and the card holder is not working well.

When I'm trying to take the cards out with the hook it fell apart, then i forced to back to the normal condition again.

Leather is very good,
The size of the wallet when it tied is kind of perfect.
The size when it untied is very big but the pocket the wallet the big needs to be Threaded.

The product is very good , high quality i like it
But the packaging was too weak unfortunately seems too cheap.
I recommend to give more attention to packaging as i bought it as a present but I didn't like the box that came with it so i forced to change it.
