We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hitch-eg.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. However, if the product is defective or not working properly, we will provide a free return shipping label.
Refunds are limited to the total amount paid for the returned item(s).
Free Shipping Orders
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of the order, causing the total order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the return shipping fees.
You will not be eligible for returns in the following cases:
- If the item is used or shows signs of use.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1 Year Warranty
Most items have a 1-year warranty, while some products may have a different warranty period.
Items purchased from HITCH will be replaced, at HITCH’s discretion, with the same or a similar product if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required and must include the item(s), price, date of purchase, and order invoice.
The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as natural events or shipping hazards, operation outside of intended use, accidental damage, or product abuse. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to any non-HITCH products used with the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method available to us. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
