Will it work with my phone?

Yes — on both sides. On iPhone you track it in Apple Find My, and on Android in Google Find My Device. You pair it from the app already available on your phone, so there's no separate tracking app to install.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

No. You pay once for the holder. Tracking uses Apple's or Google's supported device-finding network without a separate monthly subscription from HITCH.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to six months on a full charge. When it runs low, place the holder on a compatible wireless charging pad — no charging cable is required.

My phone doesn't have MagSafe. Can I still use it?

Yes. A MagSafe ring is included in the box. Attach it to the back of your phone or compatible case, and the holder can snap on magnetically.

How far away can I track it?

Nearby, your phone can connect directly over Bluetooth to help you locate the holder. Beyond direct Bluetooth range, compatible nearby devices can anonymously help report its location through the Apple or Google device-finding network.

How many cards does it hold?

FindMe holds up to five cards. The holder also includes built-in RFID protection to help prevent unauthorized wireless scanning of supported cards.

Does the phone stand work with the cards inside?

Yes. The holder is designed to fold into a phone stand while carrying your everyday cards and folded cash.

What does the warranty cover?

The tracking technology is covered against manufacturing defects for one year. The warranty applies to the tracking technology and does not cover normal wear to the wallet material.
