Quality is good and it is comfy. My only comment is that it is too long for the rest, it can be shorter

I faced an issue with my iphone watch strap on my first use,
After-that i reported the issue to the support, they asked apologized and initiate a replacement one instantly. It was a professional way of handling.

How dare you prevent me as a customer from seeing my product that I will pay for !!
You should have let me see my product .. your delivery said you are not allowed to see your package until you pay .. I rejected it and I definitely don’t recommend any one dealing with you..
i chose you and I have been waiting long time waiting for the product, but at the end , your delivery responded that there is noway to see your product..I wasted my time
